At The CoWorkShop, we are on a mission to assist small business owners and entrepreneurs in achieving the highest level of sustainable success. It is our belief that expanding their knowledge in a wide variety of disciplines is a vital key in achieving our mission.

Every year since 1963, the President of the United States has issued a proclamation announcing National Small Business Week, which recognizes the critical contributions of America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners.

More than half of Americans either own or work for a small business, and they create about two out of every three new jobs in the U.S. each year.

As part of National Small Business Week, The CoWorkShop is putting on The St. Louis Small Business Showcase. Over a three day span we are organizing a variety of events that will celebrate, educate and support St. Louis’ finest small businesses.

We begin with a day of education on May 3rd. We have put together a powerful list of some of St. Louis’ finest professionals who have committed to share their knowledge and wisdom with the broader small business community.

Our aim is to do things a little differently than we normally see at business expos.  We have developed a number of events and incentives that will draw a large and diverse crowd of business owners.

As a vendor, The St. Louis Small Business Showcase is exactly what the name states – an opportunity to showcase who you are, what you have to offer and the value you bring.

We achieve this by first developing an experience second to none and, as you’ll see below, offering access to such an event at a rate that is easy on the already stretched budgets of small businesses.

The CoWorkShop was born from the notion that small businesses can find a higher level of success if given the opportunity and access to the benefits that larger businesses enjoy.  With this event, we are not merely talking the talk…we are walking the walk.  We are truly committed to your success.

Business 2 Business Vendor

Each booth measures 8′ x 8′.  Vendors will have their booth for two days –  Thursday, May, 3rd and Friday, May 4th.

B2B booth reservation fee is $75.

Each vendor will be listed on the daily programs and displayed on the vendor diagram map.  A full list of vendors will be posted on all social media channels and The CoWorkShop website with link to vendor website and/or social media pages.

8′ tables will be available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee of $10.  Vendors can also opt to have a booth with electricity for an additional fee of $15.  Vendors are responsible for any needed extension cords.  Booths with electricity are also on a first come first serve basis.

Executive Sponsorship Level - 2 Available

Each sponsorship level starts with the base benefits provided in the Business 2 Business Vendor option.  Additional benefits are listed below.

The Executive Sponsor provides the company with one of two prominent booth positions with maximum visibility.  Each position is equipped with counter top space and expansive wall space for display purposes.

Executive Sponsorship fee is $75 base rate + $675 = $750.

Executive Sponsors will get all the base vendor benefits including the following:

  • Logo added to digital billboard ads.  Billboards are located in St. Charles County on I-64 and in West County on Manchester Rd.
  • Full bio in daily programs
  • Logo added to all marketing artwork – Social media, email, print and digital marquee inside The CoWorkShop
  • Logo added to event marketing pieces located at all mall entrances
  • Sales collateral inserted in all attendee bags.  Option to add additional branded items
  • 4′ x 3′ banner

Gold Sponsorship Level - 4 Available

Each sponsorship level starts with the base benefits provided in the Business 2 Business Vendor option.  Additional benefits are listed below.

The Gold Sponsor provides the company with one of four booth positions located at the entrance of either venue auditoriums.  Each position offers expanded visibility with window frontage and a foot print extended to 10′ x 10′.

Executive Sponsorship fee is $75 base rate + $425 = $500.

Gold Sponsors will get all the base vendor benefits including the following:

  • Contact info displayed in daily programs
  • Logo added to all marketing artwork – Social media, email, print and digital marquee inside The CoWorkShop
  • Sales collateral inserted in all attendee bags.  Option to add additional branded items

Silver Sponsorship Level - 4 Available

Each sponsorship level starts with the base benefits provided in the Business 2 Business Vendor option.  Additional benefits are listed below.

The Silver Sponsor provides the company with one of four booth positions located in either side of one of the Executive Sponsors.

Silver Sponsorship fee is $75 base rate + $275 = $350.

Silver Sponsors will get all the base vendor benefits including the following:

  • Logo displayed in the interior of daily programs
  • Logo added to all marketing artwork – Social media, email, print and digital marquee inside The CoWorkShop
  • Announced as the sponsor of one of the hourly drawings on Friday, May 4th

Bronze Sponsorship Level

Each sponsorship level starts with the base benefits provided in the Business 2 Business Vendor option.  Additional benefits are listed below.

The Bronze Sponsor comes with the base booth, 8′ table and electricity.

Bronze Sponsorship fee is $75 base rate + $175 = $250.

Bronze Sponsors will get all the base vendor benefits including the following:

  • Announced as co-sponsor of both morning and afternoon networking events on Friday, May, 4th
  • Logo added to all marketing artwork – Social media, email and print
  • Logo displayed on digital marquees during networking events
